All shipping rates are calculated in the shopping cart by entering your shipping address. Packages are processed via Canada Post and delivery times are subject to their services.

If you have exceeded our 30 day full refund time period, we will still grant you a partial refund for any unused items up to 60 days of purchase. Partial refunds processed will only be for the purchase price and will not cover any shipping fees incurred by the customer.

How to prepare and ship back items for a full or partial refund:
Step 1: Package items
Place unused or defective items in a water-proof envelope (bubbler or poly-mailer) along with your invoice for proof of purchase amount and so we know who to issue the refund to.

Step 3: Mail Package
Take package to nearest post office, please keep your receipt in case of lost packages.
Step 4: Email us
Email us at customerservice@MuslimChild.ca and let us know your return is on its way, also please kindly send us any tracking information if available.
It will take some time for us to receive your return, and a little more time for our billing platform to process the refund. We really are sorry for the delay, but this one is out of our hands.
We will notify you when your refund has been processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment; expected time frame is 3-5 business days.
