Customer Satisfaction 30-Day Full Refund Return Policy*
We want our customers to feel confident when ordering from MuslimChild.ca, so we created a 30-day full refund policy*,starting three days after the order was placed. To be eligible for our customer satisfaction refund policy, items must be received unused and in its original condition. Failure to do so will void this policy (otherwise we’ll be forced to close down).
*full refunds are subject to our shipping rates in Canadian currency
If you have exceeded our 30 day full refund time period, we will still grant you a partial refund for any unused items up to 60 days of purchase. Partial refunds processed will only be for the purchase price and will not cover any shipping fees incurred by the customer.

How to prepare and ship back items for a full or partial refund:
Step 1: Package items
Place unused or defective items in a water-proof envelope (bubbler or poly-mailer) along with your invoice for proof of purchase amount and so we know who to issue the refund to.

Step 3: Mail Package
Take package to nearest post office, please keep your receipt in case of lost packages.
Step 4: Email us
Email us at [email protected] and let us know your return is on its way, also please kindly send us any tracking information if available.
It will take some time for us to receive your return, and a little more time for our billing platform to process the refund. We really are sorry for the delay, but this one is out of our hands.
We will notify you when your refund has been processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment; expected time frame is 3-5 business days.

All clearance items are final sale, to avoid disappointment ensure the right size has been selected prior to finalizing your order.
Please note, some clearance items may have minor colour defects, and will be explicitly stated on the product information page before purchasing the item.
While we have strict guidelines ensuring quality for all our merchandise, we do admit that sometimes things do slip past us. If you’re the unfortunate one to experience our slip-ups, please know that we are very sorry for the inconvenience and we will gladly replace any defective or damaged items – with no charge to you.
